Ramirez was officially arraigned at the Concord District Court on October 26th.
Several Hours of Police Search
New Hampshire police had already been on the lookout for this semi-truck after someone reported a potentially intoxicated driver leaving the parking lot from one of the local truck stops. They had a hard time locating the semi-truck. Eventually, it was found in Bow, New Hampshire, and arrested on 12 Robinson Road.
The New Hampshire police said that they would like to remind people that driving under the influence is dangerous, but driving under the influence with a commercial vehicle is even worse because of the disproportionate size of these vehicles. Semi-truck accidents are often fatal.
